Well my life took an interesting turn on March 2^nd. The day started off nice with the weather being not too cold. To be honest this past winter has been very mild. I had just finished my lunch and was heading for my next drop. I got to the insertion and was waiting for the light. I was @ the conor of Berri & Ontario. The light had turned green and I was up on my peddles. I had time to hear the roar of a car’s engine and sound of brakes being slammed on. The next sound was me screaming in pain because a car had just broadsided me. I was laying there bleeding from the cuts on my face. I knew that there was something very wrong with my left leg. I tried to move it and felt the break in my bone. At this point there where a few people around me. The police had shown up along with the paramedics. They got me into the ambulance and we here off to the hospital. Once I had gotten to the hospital they started to cut off my cloths so that they see where I was hurt. To be honest with you folks I was in a lot of pain. One could say that I gave birth that day. I was off to get x-rays taken of my head & leg. I have to say that seeing my bone sticking out of my leg was not a nice sight for me. The doctor gave me something that was to make me relax, but it did not knock me out like they expected even with them giving me 240 milligrams of the stuff. What people have to understand is that us bike couriers are a close knit family of sorts. It was not that long before my fellow bike courier found out that I was badly hurt. George showed up with beer and chips. He was eating & drinking while the doctor was sticking up my face. At that point I was told that I was going into surgery to fix the bad break in my leg. I had broken both bones in my left leg. What that means is that for awhile my foot was just attached by my own skin. I went into surgery @ 10 pm @ night and was out by 2 am or so. Always nice waking up to yourself puking. They had me on morphine for the next two days until I stopped this for it just made me sick. Now what the doctor had done in surgery was put in 4 pins and a metal rod to contect the bones in my leg.  Well I was in the hospital for 5 days with a lot of my fellow bike couriers coming to see me. Once I left the hospital I went back to my Mother’s place to recover. I now have to get my leg back into shape and I am using crutches to move around. I am not working until July or so. The nice thing about this crash if you can call it a nice thing is that I don’t have to worry about money for awhile. Since this happened while working I am covered by CSST and there is also the drivers insurance. Once tings get rolli9ng I should be coming into a nice amount from the insurance company. There is also the fact that my $2000 bike is a total write off along with $500 in cloths. I am not sure if I will go back to being a bike courier, but I will be once again getting back on a bike again. Now with me saying that I might not go back to being a bike courier I have to find something else to do for work. The thought that I am kicking around is going back to school for wielding, but right now I have the time & money to get well again.

All religions teach or express tolerance & understanding.....but it would look like this concept fell on deaf ears

All this unrest around the world due to some drawings ( what the Muslim faith is the only faith to be made fun of??????)

What is next people lopping off peeps heads....opps been already done in their god's name....

On the other side of the coin the Catholic church or Jewish is not squeaky clean either................

The War of Faith has started if peeps did not notice awhile ago...where it stops is anyone's guess?

Since new years i have not been an event (rave). The reason is that over the years i have been hitting them hard. With my own experience @ Chill Montreal which really almost killed my love for raving. I have since taken a break on everything & i mean everything. Still single, but not really looking either since from all outlook there is no one out there for me...such is life. Still doing the bike courier thing. I have been off work due to this past thursday a woman opened her door on me. Slaming into a door really hurts. After this past summer getting a car door into my shin i knew what to do. The driver of the car is really fucked due to he is responsible for the crash.....so he will will pay. So i get a week off with me being paid by CSST and Quebec auto insurance board.

It would look like a lot of people around me are getting hurt. I have three roommates ( you have love having a huge place to live in mind you i pay $1230 in rent a month ...so glad that heat is included in the rent) Seb broke his right hand and needed surgry to fix it. Less wipped out on bike and hurt his anckle. Brain is just mentally hurt and if he does not come up with rent soon he will be getting a beating. My mother broke her wrist last night and will need surgry to fix it.

By far the best new years eve rave that you can go to in Montreal....Last years was a blast & this year it looks like it will be off the hook;)

On the bad  side of thingz i snapped my top tube on my frame of my bike. I will be getting a new frame on grananity...but that is in 4 weeks. Been a very stressful @ times. Getting a new bike tomorrow.
